Amazon Virtual Assistant Complete Training Course

What is a Virtual Assistant?

A Virtual Assistant (VA) is someone who works remotely from anywhere in the world for clients. These clients can be based in Pakistan, the UK, Germany, Indonesia, Antarctica, or any other part of the world.

As a Virtual Assistant, you can provide various services, such as:
✅ Data Entry
✅ Digital Marketing
✅ Amazon-related tasks
✅ Amazon Customer Management

An Amazon Virtual Assistant specifically helps clients manage their Amazon stores remotely. However, if someone manages their own store, they are not considered a Virtual Assistant but a store owner.

What will you learn in this course?

This course will train you to become an Amazon Virtual Assistant, teaching you how to:

  •  Offer different services online
  • Work with clients worldwide
  • Manage Amazon stores efficiently

One of the key models we will cover is Wholesale via DBA (Done By Amazon) and Online Arbitrage.

Let me show you an example:
We will go to Amazon.com, click on a product, and check its Best Sellers Rank.

On Amazon, the lower the ranking, the better the product. For example, if a product has a rank of 100, it is considered very good, whereas if a product has a rank of 100,000, it is not as good.

If we talk about market selection, we look for products with sales ranging between 1,000 to 50,000 units.

If we consider the UK market, a product with sales between 1 to 30,000 units is considered a good product.

Amazon Standard Identification Number (ASIN)

Every product on Amazon has a unique identification number assigned by Amazon, known as the Amazon Standard Identification Number (ASIN).

This ASIN helps identify a product in Amazon’s database. If someone sends you a product’s ASIN, you can copy and paste it into the Amazon search bar, and the exact product will appear.

Amazon assigns a Unique ASIN to every product in its database, which you can also see in the search results.
If you store your products in Amazon’s warehouse, this process is called FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon).

This means that when a customer places an order, you don’t have to do anything—everything runs on autopilot. Amazon will pack your product and ship it directly to the customer.

Of course, Amazon charges a fee for this service. When we discuss profit calculation later, I will explain how Amazon’s fees work. Each business model has a different fee structure, and there is a detailed science behind it, which I will cover in the course.

What is DBM (Done by Merchant)?

Another fulfillment method is DBM (Done by Merchant), where you handle storage and shipping yourself. This model often offers higher profit margins, and I will explain it further during the course.

Essential Amazon Tools

To succeed on Amazon, you need various tools to help with different tasks.

For example:
Keepa– An essential tool for tracking price history and trends.
Dropshipping Product Research Tools – These tools help find profitable products.

There are many tool providers, and I will share useful resources and contacts during the course.

Now, let’s move forward to our first topic: Product Research.

Wholesale vs. Retail on Amazon

Wholesale and retail are different business models. Wholesale means buying products in bulk from manufacturers or authorized distributors and then reselling them, while retail involves selling individual units directly to customers.

For example, let’s say Samsung smartphones are selling well on Amazon. When we find a high-selling product like this, we analyze its performance and notice that multiple sellers are already selling it.

How to Start Wholesale on Amazon?

1. Contact the Brand (e.g., Samsung)
We reach out to “Samsung” and express our interest in buying their products in bulk.
We introduce ourselves as a reseller or wholesale distributor and explain that we want to sell their products on Amazon or other third-party websites.
Effective communication is key, and knowing how to write professional emails is crucial.

2. Negotiation & Communication
If  “Samsung” agrees to sell us their products, we negotiate the price, terms, and conditions.
Communication can happen via phone calls or emails, and proper brand communication strategies are essential for success in wholesale.

3. Purchasing & Sending to Amazon Warehouse
Once the deal is finalized, we purchase the products and send them to Amazon’s warehouse.
Most wholesalers use the FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) model, meaning Amazon handles the storage, packaging, and shipping for us.

This wholesale strategy allows us to scale our Amazon business efficiently…….to be continued
